I had a great experience staying here! The location is super convenient, just a quick walk from the train station and right by a scenic bridge leading to the city’s livelier spots. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even better. Plus, the price is fantastic for what you get—perfect if you just need a comfy spot to crash!

That said, the room was pretty tiny, and the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, especially during the day when everyone was online. I kinda wished the room temperature was adjustable—it felt a bit too warm at times. But honestly, for the price, I’d say it's still worth it!

The staff was extremely polite and accommodating, helped with every request. Location: the hotel was next to the main train station, car rental, and all major tourist destinations. Had nice dainties at Cappuccino Shiki, located walking distance from the property.

The value for money at New City Hotel was impressive, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel's location right across from the train station was so convenient, making it easy to explore Morioka.

While the breakfast selection was decent, it could have had more options to choose from.

I had a great stay at the Morioka New City Hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the station. The room may have been small, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast, although simple, was sufficient and the croissants were surprisingly delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability and convenient location.
